After just four visits, the difference is incredible night and day compared to the pain I'd been wrestling with for half a year. After 2 years of seeing consultants and physios for a pain in my lower back and getting no answers I was at a loss of what the problem was. After sometime someone suggested I see an Osteopath. I made an appointment with Jason Bradford Osteopath immediately and he promptly gave me a diagnosis of a degenerative disc disease which has helped me great deal with the problems I face daily. Since seeing him regularly, for the last month or so, the pain and discomfort have eased and I have a clear plan on how to move forward. Jason is very knowledgeable and a nice chap to engage with. 3 doctors and 2 physios failed to diagnose the numbness I was experiencing in my left foot when out walking the dog. I contacted Jason and having described my symptoms to him, he asked me to adopt a certain posture when the foot went numb. In other words my description had already given Jason a good idea of what the cause was without even seeing me.Lumbar spinal stenosis was indeed my problem. After 4 sessions with Jason the foot is very much better and the discomfort minimal. I will do the exercises he gave me and see Jason occasionally as I am sure this will minimise my issue over time.I should say that Jason is a really nice bloke with a lovely sense of humour too!

I was recommended to Jason by a friend and have found him to be extremely thorough in his investigation of my pain which turned out not to be sciatica but a pelvic problem, which was eased in two to three sessions. He's now helping me with a knee issue which again is showing good results from his suggested exercises and treatment . I highly recommend him.

Previous positive reviews led me to Jason for my first appointment as I have been suffering with neck and shoulder pain. He is really nice and explained everything thoroughly as it was my first visit to an Osteopath. He took care to explain everything to me, and has really helped with my various aches and pains. By the end of my first treatment I felt immediate relief and can’t wait for my follow up! I totally recommend him and am so grateful for his expertise!

At my first appointment with Jason, he asked me what I was hoping to get out of the treatment. I said hope! I'd suffered with SI joint pain for years, trying multiple therapies with varying degrees of temporary relief and no solid explanation for why I was having this issue. Jason was the only one that identified the cause of this pain and he did so within the first minute of my examination. He is very intuitive, professional and knowledgeable. I can't recommend him enough. He is a miracle worker!

I'm 75 and was in pain from my left thigh, right knee and neck and I was gradually bending over with a curved spine position. I couldn't sit or lie and didn't gain any comfort from tablets or rubs but Jason worked hard on each area and now I'm pain free. Standing and walking with a straight back. Totally pain free. Made an appointment with Jason after suffering from constant headaches. He made a detailed assessment and explained the treatment needed, including the option of an adjustment to my neck. He fully explained the risks beforehand. I had the neck adjustment, plus some acupuncture and he also gave me some exercises to do at home. My headaches eased the same day and had gone by the next day. His manner was very professional and caring. I had three appointments in all.Very impressed.

Jason managed to fit me in at short notice when I was struggling with a stiff and painful neck. He conducted a full assessment with treatment, informing me of what he was doing all the way through. He also suggested a manipulation but talked me through the risks so that I was fully informed before consenting, and gave me the option of trying other techniques instead. After the manipulation he reassessed my range of movement and suggested useful stretches to be done with care. Over the next couple of days I performed the stretches regularly and my pain eased considerably - after a week I was pretty much pain free!Jason is very friendly and informative and his hands-on skills are excellent - I very quickly felt I could trust him to treat me with good care without being pulled around. I would heartily recommend him and will certainly go back if I need any help in the future.

Terrific results. Jason is clearly a very skilful and insightful osteopath. Lower right back pain was fitting unbearable so I phoned Jason.. First visit he showed me how to help myself plus massaging and manipulating my lower back etc. Within 3 visit I am now going to keep doing the exercises but Jason doesn't need to see me anymore. He us so easy to talk to and so professional, he is reassuring and experienced.My advice would be to find out for yourself. I will definitely recommend Jason to my friends.

I stumbled accross Jason on google and decided to pay him a visit due to his amazing reviews.Having suffered with lower back and pelvic issues for years particularly since childbirth 9 yrs ago, I was concerned, especially as the discomfort/pain was now affecting walking and horse riding. Jason assured me that my mobility would be restored and rather than hobbling out of bed I would be jumping, he also said my already reletively high energy levels would be better, although a little skeptical I was positive.After 2 visits my pain had decreased dramatically and from then on I have got better and better, I am truly shocked how good Jason has actually got me, in fact at 47 yrs old I cant remember a time when my body has felt so good.Jason is kind, incredibly knowledgeable and instantly reassures, explaining what he is doing, he also has a great sense of humour.Ive seen many body people over the years, but never come accross someone like Jason who is so perceptive and can get to the root cause so effectively.I would 100 percent recommend Jason, both my mum and work colleague are now booking appointments with him.

Highly recommended! Jason makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed and could not do more to help you. Jason was recommended to us by another professional. He has always been professional and boundaries in his approach, skilled in his technique and shown huge empathy and compassion. In releasing tightness in different areas he always knows where to find the tightness and even when the treatment is painful the results in terms of increased mobility is worth the discomfort. Everything is explained before any manipulation takes place so there are no surprises. Jason will go out of his way to ensure that treatment is carried out in a timely manner. I've just completed my fifth session with Jason. My issues were quite severe sciatica and a very tight muscle group in my neck. Jason was very thorough during my first consultation, making absolutely sure to note my full medical history, before moving on to a physical examination. He even asked "what my ultimate aim for his treatment would be?" Over a period of months, I noted a very distinct improvement of all my symptoms. What this has meant is Jason has met my aim of getting me running again - an activity that was previously to painful to contemplate. Thank you Jason. Great work

Initially saw Jason for a painful locked neck and scoliosis related problems couple of months ago. After just two visits and a few clicks, the pain and discomfort resolved and I took away a range of exercises which meant I could do my bit to help reduce relapses. Having also been diagnosed with chronic migraines three years previously, placed under the care of a neurologist and told that there was nothing apart from some heavy duty meds that would make any difference to this condition, I resigned myself to a life with 2-4 awful migraines every week. I never expected that having work done on my neck and upper back would result in drastically reducing my migraines, but it has! I am deeply grateful to Jason's knowledgeable, careful and highly skilled intervention that has lead to this significant and sustained improvement. I am also wondering how many other people are diagnosed with chronic migraines and told the condition is there to stay when a skilled osteopathic intervention can make such a difference...

On first meeting Jason I was immediately impressed with his obvious knowledge, experience and professional standards as he assessed my condition. These good impressions were confirmed as soon as Jason began working on my back. I have had various back problems over the years and needed to see many an osteopath and chiropractor. Unfortunately, these consultations have often produced little or no benefit. The exact opposite applies to my experience with Jason who is without doubt one of the best practitioners I have seen. In his hands, my condition was quickly improved after a few sessions and I can thoroughly recommend him.

Disappointingly I seem to have had a very different experience to other reviewers. Mr Bradford offered and performed a neck adjustment without first explaining the procedure. It was very alarming, shocking and distressing, and without apology, his response when I asked if he treated other patients like that was he assumed that I knew what the procedure was. I didn't. Another concern I have is regarding a message he sent to me offering to treat my painful coccyx invasively (internal work), without a consultation or examination of my lower back, and before suggesting glute work as an alternative after I declined the first option. I opted out of treatment and the pain subsided by itself after a few weeks. I recommend that Mr Bradford revises and respects some of his own profession's standards and regulations, especially with regards to establishing and maintaining clear professional boundaries with patients. This review is not to impune any of the seemingly excellent work Jason may carry out with many of his long term clients /friends. It is merely a review of some of the treatment I experienced.

Jason diagnosed me from a description of my symptoms over the phone. 3 doctors and 2 physios I had seen and had tests etc came up with zilch. I have lumbar spinal stenosis and after 4 sessions with Jason, I am much better. It will never go away, but with Jason's help it can be managed.He's a great bloke with a lovely sense of humour too!

Since my first session several months ago, my chronic pain has subsided greatly.
